The key to quick and easy measurement

The key to quick and easy measurement is a measurement program that helps you achieve your best. All measurement programs in the Easy-Laser® systems guide the user through using graphics and explanatory text, which makes it easy to follow the procedure. Only the most important information is displayed in each step. Here you can see which measurement programs are included in which system*, together with a summary of what it can be used for.


 

*All systems except D550 can be upgraded with further software, if necessary.

 

There are four different program configurations for the Easy-Laser® systems:

Horisontal 9-12-3   Horizontal 9-12-3 For alignment of horizontal machines according to the 9-12-3 method.  √  √  √
Mjukfot Soft foot With this program you can check that the machine is standing on all its feet. Shows which foot should be corrected.  √  √  √  √
Termisk tillväxt kompensation Thermal growth compensation Compensates for difference in thermal expansion between machines. Sub-function.  √  √  √  √
Toleranstabellkontroll Tolerance check Checks the shaft alignment readings for offset and angle against the selected tolerance. Graphic representation when alignment is within the tolerances. Sub-function.  √  √  √  √
Mätvärdesfilter Measurement value filter Advanced electronic filter function for a reliable measurement result even in a poor measurement environment, e.g. where there is air turbulence or vibrations. Sub-function.  √  √  √  √
EasyTurn™ EasyTurn™ For alignment of horizontal machines. Allows complete measurement with only 40° rotation of the shafts.    √  √  √
Kardan Cardan Shows angular errors and adjustment values on cardan-shaft-coupled/centre-offset machines. (Requires accessory fixtures.)    √  √  √
Vertikal Vertical For measurement of vertical and flange-mounted machines.    √  √  √
Maskintåg Machine train For the alignment of two to ten machines in a row (nine couplings). The entire alignment can be followed live on the screen.    √  √  √
RefLock™ RefLock™ Any pair of feet can be locked/set as a reference. This is a sub-function in the Machine train program.    √  √  √
Centrum och vinkel Offset and angle Shows centre offset and angular error between two shafts, for example.

Värde Values Shows live readings from S and M units. Can be used for shaft alignment, straightness measurement and dynamic measurement. Up to four detectors can be connected in series and reset individually. NB! Measurement units for D550 cannot be connected in series.    √  √  √
Vibrometer Shows the vibration level in "mm/s" and bearing condition value in "g". Measurement complies with vibration standard ISO10816-3. (Used with Vibrometer probe.)      √  √
BTA digital For alignment of belt and chain drives. (Used with BTA Digital transmitter and detector unit.)      √  √
Rakhet Straightness For straightness measurement of (for example) machine bases, shafts, bearing journals, machine tools, etc. Can handle up to 150 measurement points with two zero points.    √   √ 
Rakhet Plus Straightness Plus Versatile program with advanced functions. Measurement points can be added, removed or re-measured at any point during the measurement process. The reference line can be offset as required. Applications as above.        √
Planhet Flatness Program to measure flatness/twist of (for example) machine bases, machine tables, etc. Can handle up to 300 measurement points with three zero points.        √
Rätvinklighet Squareness For measurement of squareness in machines and installations.        √
Parallellitet Parallelism For measurement of parallelism between rolls, machine ends, etc. Can handle up to 150 rolls/measurement objects. The base line or any roll may be used as a reference. Every object can be individually named.        √
Parallellitet Plus Parallelism Plus Versatile program with advanced functions. Measurement objects can be added, removed or re-measured at any point during the measurement process. Includes base line measurement function. Applications as above.        √
Spindelriktning Spindle direction For measurement of the pointing direction of machine spindles in machine tools, drilling machines, etc.        √
Hålcentrum Centre of circle Used for straightness measurement of bearing journals when the hole diameter varies. For example, diesel engines, propeller shaft installations, etc.        √
Hålcentrum Plus Centre of circle Plus Versatile program with advanced functions. Measurement points can be added, removed or re-measured at any point during the measurement process. The reference line can be offset as required. Applications as above.        √
Halvcirkel Half-circle Readings taken in three positions: 9, 6 and 3. Allows varying diameters. To be used together with the turbine system.        √
Halvcirkel Plus Half-circle Plus Versatile program with advanced functions. Measurement points can be added, removed or re-measured at any point during the measurement process. The reference line can be offset as required. Applications as above.        √
Lodlinje Plumb line With this program you can measure plumb (vertical) and straightness of turbine and generator shafts, for example.        √
Fläns Flange For flatness measurement of flanges and circular planes, slewing ring bearings and tower flanges for example. Can handle up to 300 measurement points, can also be distributed on the inner and outer circle if necessary. Three zero points at 120° pitch are computed by the system.        √
